About Us

We form true active partnerships with people

Our name says it all about our approach.  Active not only refers to physical activity but also the active participation by you in your own health. We work together with people to harness their own willpower, motivation and personal skills to make positive changes that result in better health.  We believe knowing what to do is not enough, having the support and skills to put changes into practice is crucial for success.

We have a strong commitment to scientifically based exercise prescription and evidence-based medicine.  We strive to deliver personalised service with the highest quality of patient care.
